How to Qualify for a Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase via our website.

Provide photo or video proof of the defect, damage, or error.

Ensure all original packaging is intact.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at support@magicalverseshop.com.

Shipping Policy

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Magical Verse Shop is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for items that are confirmed as delivered.
