Shipping policy

Orders to the United States typically ship in 6-15 business days due to international processing and customs clearance. International orders typically ship in 5-14 days. Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or free replacement. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship the order once the customer pays any applicable reshipping fees.
